2. Member of Boat Crew Examination Board.
3. Liaison for Active Duty to Chief Qualifications Examiner.
4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) liaison between Active Duty and
Auxiliary.
5. Claims processor for both facility damage and personal injury.
6. Oversee day to day office functions.

information and mail certificates/ ribbons for Boat Crew, Coxswain, Aid
Verifiers, Air Crew, Pilot, Observer, General Qualifications (IT, MDV,
VE).
2. Test Administration / Grading - grade, enter into AUXDATA, create /
mail certificates, ribbons.
3. Travel Claims - check for correctness, calculate and mail for payment.
4. Orders - process, assign Travel Order Number (TONO), send to member.
5. Retirements - remove member from AUXDATA, send certificate, Retirement
ID Card to member, remove folder from file.

Aux Affairs Assistant
1. New Member Enrollments.
2. Dis-Enrollments - enter into AUXDATA after received from ADSO-PS or
DSO-PS.
3. Re-enrollments.
4. Status Change from IQ - BQ: when copy of certificate is received, status
is changed in AUXDATA. and certificate is added to member folder.
5. Review Flotilla Publications.
6. Awards - Sustained Service Awards, Member Anniversary.

1. Collect and record
unit Certification of Elections and from those.
2. Maintain and print mailing labels of the Commanders, Captains and staff
for the use of the Director's office.
3. Collect and record Unit Financial Statements and Unit Inventories.
4. Do mailings on the first Thursday of each month as well other days
when needed.
5. Available to travel to unit meetings for ID picture session when requested.
6. Troubleshoot Auxiliarist problems and concerns.
7. Create and distribute rosters for the office.
8. Answer all questions concerning Auxdata and Auxinfo for the office
and the field.
Auxiliarist Ralph Sloan
1. Maintain and update
member files.
2. Prepare New Member files.
3. Update manuals and publications.

Auxiliarist Bill Tooker

Process all initial qualifications for APC, AV, Air, Boat Crew, IT, MDV,
PWO, VE, & WS.
2. Process all recertification requests for qualifications listed in (1)
above.
3. Process aircraft facility inspection/offer of use reports.
4. Maintain currency maintenance records for all Boat Crew/PWO qualified
members. (Includes TCT workshop attendance and NavRule exams completed)
5. Respond to all inquiries, received thru the proper chain, regarding
member qualification status and currency maintenance issues for all intermediate
level qualifications.
6. Correct defective member records found in AUXDATA as required.
7. Provide periodic Boat Crew/PWO currency maintenance reports to DCPs,
and FCs when requested.
